As we all get prepared for the upcoming winter, here are some important pointers to keep in mind
WINDOWS UPDATESWindows 10 has been doing some pretty big updates recently. For some it is taking hours to complete while others are running into issues.
For the most part, updates are a necessary evil. The updates are needed to improve security or fix an issue. However, there is always the possibility for new issues to be created.
If it takes a long time for an update to happen, what should you do?
Give it time! If it is a laptop, make sure the power plug is properly plugged in so that the battery does not die in the middle of an update!

You will be getting a follow up email from us, once we think the job is complete. If you have any question or there is still any issue, simply hit reply and let us know right away!
Why is it better to email support@ as opposed to a tech directly?
This avoids emailing a particular technician who may be at a client and unable to respond to your email immediately.
